Making a custom silicone mould is a creative and technically precise process that allows brands, confectioners and event organisers to express their identity through products with a unique shape. Below, we describe how the mould is developed at our company, from the first idea to the perfectly made mould.
1. Consultation and research
First, together with the client, we define the wishes, purpose of use and any technical requirements. Is it a model for candles, chocolate, butter, soap, cake decoration or ice cream? Will the mould be used for food, candles, decorative products or as a promotional element? At this point, we also determine the size and desired final appearance.
2. Preparation of 3D design
Based on the idea, we prepare a 3D model. Often it involves transforming a logo, pattern or concept into a shape suitable for casting in silicone. We coordinate the design with the client until it is completely aligned with the vision.
3. Mould Making
Once everything is confirmed, we print the mould and then pour high-quality silicone. For products that come into contact with food, we use certified food grade silicone. For candles and other products, we adjust the type of silicone according to the project requirements. All materials are durable, flexible and allow for a long life of the mould
.
4. Finishing and delivery
The final model is cleaned and prepared for use.
Custom manufacturing is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to stand out – whether with a uniquely shaped candle, a logo in butter for a hotel breakfast, a branded cake or an ice cream lantern that tells the story of the event with its texture.
